One practical question when starting a weekly contract: will you get the same cleaner every time, or a different person each visit? Here’s how we approach it, and why it matters.

The case for consistency

The same cleaner every week means they learn your home, your preferences, and any specific priorities, without you needing to re-explain each time. It also builds a level of trust that’s harder to establish with rotating staff.

How SparkleMD handles this

We aim to assign the same cleaner to every recurring visit, subject to availability (illness, leave, etc.), rather than rotating by default.

When rotation happens anyway

Occasionally your usual cleaner may be unavailable, in which case a trained substitute covers the visit to the same standard, rather than the visit being skipped. See our hiring guide for more on how our team is trained and managed.
